Product/Order Cancellations & Return Policy

In order to get a defective item replaced:

  • Send a photo of the damaged product to 8087616934, within 7 days from the date of delivery,

  • The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped after our customer care person has a conversation with you and the action to be taken is decided.

  • You could also visit our Franchise in Jaysingpur or call us on 08087616934.

Please note:

  • Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with Echofriendly or Vivesty Green authorized Dealers/Distributors. List of Dealers/Distributors.

  • Replacement is offered for the products sold by Echofriendly or Vivesty Green authorized Dealers/Distributors. List of Dealers/Distributors.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of product.

  • Any accessory item which has been used or installed.

  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

  • Any product that is returned without the original invoice copy.
