Corporate Management

The process of leading, administrating and directing a company. Business tasks often performed by corporate management might include strategic planning, as well as managing company resources and applying them toward attaining the company's objectives. 

1. Management reporting is a source of business intelligence that helps business leaders make more accurate, data-driven decisions.

2. Stakeholder
A person, group or organization that has interest or concern in an organization.
Stakeholders can affect or be affected by the organization's actions, objectives and policies. Some examples of key stakeholders are creditors, directors, employees, government or private (and its agencies), owners (shareholders), suppliers, unions, and the community from which the business draws its resources.

 

3. Supply Chain
A supply chain is a network between a company and its suppliers to produce and distribute a specific product to the final buyer. This network includes different activities, people, entities, information, and resources.
